Enrolment Procedure

Kia ora!

STEP 1. Fill out our Enrolment form

You can enrol through one of our education agencies in your country. You can also enrol directly with us by completing our online Enrolment Form (with a link to our Enrolment Form in PDF format) and send it to us via email. The Enrolment Form must be signed only by the student (or a parent or legal guardian for students under 18).

Please make sure you include documents listed on the Enrolment Form.

You can also contact us and we will help you with the enrolment procedure.

We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if we consider this to be in the best interest of the student or the Academy.

STEP 2. Offer of Place for an International Student

After receiving and checking your Enrolment Form, we will issue an Offer of Place for an International Student within 24 hours (except on weekends), together with an Invoice for payment. However, failing to supply the required documents may delay this process.

• Copy of passport

• Current visa

STEP 3. Make the payment

Please check our invoice for payment and pay the actual amount stated. All fees are due no later than 7 days before the course begins. Fees can be transferred direct to our Public Trust account:

STEP 4. Apply for your visa

All international students must hold a valid visa to study in New Zealand. If your course is longer than 3 months, you may need to apply for a student visa to study with us.

Once you receive the confirmation of payment from us, you will be able to apply for your Student Visa with Immigration New Zealand (www.immigration.govt.nz).  You can lodge the application online or on paper.

People holding a Working Holiday Visa from some countries are allowed to study in New Zealand for up to 6 months depending on the scheme conditions.

For short courses (up to 3 months), you may be able to study with us on a visitor visa.

Please contact Immigration New Zealand for further information.
